Charisma Energy Services Limited ("CES") is a Singapore-based energy investment holding company, listed in the Singapore Catalist board of SGX. We are also, an associate of Ezion Holdings Limited, who is publicly listed in the SGX Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange, with subsidiaries in asset ownership and operating companies of strategic offshore assets. CES's business focus on the renewable energy sectors and is looking to divesting its marine and offshore oil and gas services ("O&G") to growing the Groups' renewable energy portfolio.
